        Terrible customer service, poor communication from their representatives, and no follow through on referrals. I've had to repeatedly call to get any information on the prescription for my mother, only to find out they shredded it after 30 days (per their policy) without notifying me or calling my mother's doctor. Now we are stuck trying to figure out what to do and the only explanation we received was "we will fax our request again..." It's been almost 2 months! I can't imagine if I was a senior citizen trying to navigate these types of services without any help or guidance.
