All Island Transportation

I was quote10 dollars for the trip in the office even when I told them I was using a charge card. In the cab I was forced to pay 12 dollars with an additional 2 dollar charge for using the card. This is a horrible scam and I plan to report them to the better business bureau. Next time I will take the bus

The guy I spoke to on the phone told me 30-40min wait at 8:50am and I called back at 9:50am and asked them what was the eta, and he gonna say oh I said that we didn't have any cars available and hung up the phone on me ... So I called back and he argued on the with me and hung up again ....

i wish i can give negative 5 stars on this one. I called for a car, I waited for more than 20 mins and nobody even showed up. I ried calling but nobody even answered the call. is this the twilight zone? !!! Thanks for screwing my day. never will i ever use you even if its the end of the world. WHatta bunch of bull cap

What the reviewer wrote from 02/08/13 is true. Tonight, one of the drivers from All Island Taxi in Freeport decided midway through the trip that he no longer wanted to drive from Freeport to Oceanside, so he dropped my wife and daughter off in Baldwin in the cold and they had to get another cab. This company should be out of business.

do not use this taxi service they have drivers who are not mentally stable today 2/8/13 my daughter was pushed out of a taxi and left stranded this is unforgivable who just leaves a passenger miles from their destination? She filed a police report and the police will be looking for this driver . so remember do not use ALL ISLAND TAXI SERVICE IN FREEPORT NEW YORK you could be putting yourself at risk..
