Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible, called a week prior to visit, set up pickup and rental....got there, SUV filthy, inside and outside...inside was unreal, gravel, carpet with weeds stuck to it, just unreal. We where just hoping that the engine had been checked. This was on a Friday, offices closed Sat and Sunday. Expensive, over 350.00 for late Friday afternoon to Sunday Morning, had to leave with key in box at Airport for Monday pickup but paid for entire Sunday. Had hard time reaching office on Friday. Unreal.....just unreal!!

I was told a car would be ready for pickup at noon. I showed up at 3 and have waited an hour. From the moment I walked in, I was treated rudely and the lady acted like I did not exist. There was no sense of urgency, or customer survice.
