The HoneyBaked Ham Company

During this busy holiday season it was difficult to get thru via calling. After repeated attempts, including getting the answering machine and getting hung up on, I was able to speak to a representative. He informed me that you cannot pay for a ham to be picked up unless you fill out their form. Because of identify theft.... OK, I live 200 miles away so I had his form faxed to a company in my neighborhood. It took about an hour for the form to arrive. They only needed my name and address along with the credit card information I was using. Then they want to know the item and price to complete the charge. I don't know their prices BUT if they representative would have been more helpful perhaps I would have that information with me at the printing company. Good heavens, couldn't we have done this on the phone? And the guy was Rude, repeatedly.



Surely the product will be good, I purchased it in person at a local Honey Baked Ham Company here in Michigan with a great coupon from their website.
