Always Ready Taxi

I have been using this car service for long time , old cars but usually on time and reliable . Today I never in my life saw such an old and filthy car ! The nerve to have a human being drive in this and subject passengers to this filth. I really was uncomfortable and poor old man driver keeps spray to help situation. I reported to dispatcher who said he would tell owner. Shameful ! They would be shut down for violations if I were to report them. They lost me for sure .

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IN YOUR LIFE. THIS WAS LITERALLY THE MOST HORRIFIC CAB EXPERIENCE SINCE I'VE BEEN LIVING IN NEW YORK. THE DRIVER HAD NO IDEA WHERE HE WAS GOING, HE STOPPED TO GET GAS ON THE WAY AND HE WAS SWERVING AS HE DROVE. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN TO MAKE SURE THAT FUTURE CUSTOMERS GET BETTER SERVICE. THE BEST THEY COULD COME UP WITH WAS, "I'LL TALK TO HIM WHEN HE GETS BACK IN THE AREA." THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. IF YOU WANT A SAFE CAB RIDE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If you want reliability - don't use Always Ready. If you want safety -- try someone else. If you want to get to your destination -- use a yellow cab.
