Greyhound Bus Lines

I called the Queens Village station for a refund. They were impolite and rough. They answered and hung up. They didn't even bother to wait if I had any questions. I use Greyhound regularly. I am definitely switching to another bus. Disappointing service!!

This was my 1st time I used Greyhound. My brothet in law needed to go back home, and I suggested Greyhound. We got to the bus stop, bought his ticket, and were told tht the bus will arrive @ 9:30am. 10am, and no bus. Myself along w/ the other 4 passengers tht were waiting @ the stop, were upset w/ the delay. I will not be considering Greyhound again.
