Fenton Plaza Family Laundry

This is the cleanest laundromat of any I have been too. The staff is very nice and helpful they welcome children they will even sometimes will play with your children and keep them occupied they go above and beyond what is expected the restrooms are extremely clean the floor is clean and the machines are awesome!! I would certainly recommend to anyone this is the place to go!

Issues with very few of the dryers/washers;however, the friendliness of the staff make up for that. P.s. Don't ask to use their bathroom if nit bringing laundry...due to the owners request...you will see an entirely different side if staff. Personally, I was offended!

I'm a long time customer - I love going here. Nicest laundry in town and the attendant is helpful and pleasant. The store and bathroom is always clean and the washers and dryers work great. Love all the big front load washers. I don't know where those other 4 people went but it couldn't be here....sure hope they don't start going to this laundry- some people are just rude!!

This laundromat is the nicest that I have ever been to. It is so clean and the equipment is very nice and dependable. I have never had one problem with the equipment not working or not getting my clothes clean. The employees are so helpful and friendly. They welcome families and children. They are always engaging with kids and make doing my laundry a very pleasant experience.

I have never found a more clean and nice helpful workers. They have great washers and dryers. The customer service and occupying children is beyond expectations

I'm not even sure how this place is even open it is disgusting, dirty leaky washers that don't even clean my clothes, it takes forever for the dryers to dry my clothes, the lady that works there was not helpful when i asked her a question about the washers,and then when I asked her about the leaky washer she said it wasn't her problem as she wasn't on the clock anymore. There were bugs in the bathroom.

Don't go here the workers are very rude and unkind!!! The washers suck and leak, very dirty , and the manager was also very rude and unhelpful.

The employees and owner are very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They are extremely dirty and your stuff gets stolen if you leave it unattended. The owner allows his staff to yell at customers. When you call to complain they refuse to give you the owners number and hang up.

I will never go here or recommend to friends or family. I don't understand why this place is still in business.

The woman at the front desk, Barb is very rude. She yelled at a young woman and belittled her because she overloaded a washer and caused it to smoke, in front of everyone until she was crying. She stood there and yelled at her the whole time she was trying to wring out her wet clothes to leave. Barb noticed the washer leaking and didn't say anything to the young woman because " I wasnt on the clock yet so it wasnt my problem". Rude lazy and unprofessional! ! ! I tried to get information about the manager or owner but she would not give it to me. I will never come back to this laundrymat and I will make sure I post on every social media account I can. Bard needs to be reprimanded or sent for more training on how to talk to customers or other people in general.

Clean, pleasant... good machines. If I have to go to a laundromat, this is one of the best I've been to.
