King George Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE. This has been a nightmare since we moved in. King George Townhomes is actually known as Sycamore Townhomes now after it was condemned, I wish I would have stayed that way...

We just moved in two weeks ago and so far we have had roaches, and three broken water heaters, towel racks were hanging off the walls when we moved in and a light fixture carelessly left on our countertop.

Complained to management about each issue and they were addressed (I won't lie to you). But I find it highly ridiculous that a new move in should have all of these issues within our two weeks here.

If you are interested in these townhomes, RUN THE OTHER WAY. They will not let you out of your lease no matter how many things are going wrong here!!!!! Your only option is to abandon the apartment and you will be sent to collections where you will be responsible for paying your entire lease!
