Autumn View Apartments

When we moved in to these apartments the property was managed by a different staff. The new management has lowered the standard of living substantially. Everything from no parking to constant inspections makes living in these apartments a hassle. The management assigns you one parking spot, so if you are anyone other than a loner with one car you have to park your other family members car in a visitors spot. During the evenings and the weekends all of the visitor spots become occupied and people even resort to parking on the grass, which turns the property muddy and unsightly. You may even have to resort to parking out near Ramsey St. or across the property from where you reside!! Also the management insists on inspecting your apartment which has lately been nearly on a monthly basis! The property manager insists that she must be along with the maintenance personnel to inspect the apartment which turns your apartment into a zoo with every staff member invading your personal space. This apartment complex has potential, but that potential cannot be reached by current management. The management is untrustworthy and will lie to you to benefit themselves. For instance when a person moves out of a residence, and a parking spot becomes available, they will lie to the residents about the status of that parking spot telling them that it is occupied so they cannot park in it. The management is also rude and accusatory to the residents. When inquiring about the frequent inspections they asked what we would have to hide. Well as an American citizen I value privacy and do not want to have staff parading through my dwelling as frequently as they wish. Out of the eight years I have lived here and 4 different apartment complexes this is the worst management I have experienced.
