Dr, Payne and Dr,. Ott are not only amazing dentists but they are outstanding people! They genuinely care about their patients as well as their staff. The staff is always helpful and have a great positive attitude... it's a warm welcoming environment. When I was living in California, I couldn't wait to get back to Alaska to return to Dr. Payne! He is head and shoulders above any other dentist I have ever been to. When I was younger, I was afraid of the dentist and expected a painful experience. HOWEVER, Dr. Payne has perfected the tricks of the trade and my visits are always pain-free and comfortable. I always recommend them and will continue doing so. We have some of the best dental care in America right here in Fairbanks, Alaska! Thank you Dr. Payne and Dr. Ott.

I have always received the best in dental care from Dr. Payne's office. He communicates thoroughly with his patients and is very detailed about what he is doing. He communicates while he is working in patient's mouths to calm any anxieties. He administers the lidocaine shots quickly and nearly pain free. This office has friendly staff who are always smiling. Dr. Payne offers sound cancelling headphones to patients to help make the visit a little more comfortable for patients. No one looks forward to visiting the dentist, but with this office I can say that I don't dread going. It is usually a quick and easy process that is far less uncomfortable than any other dentist office I've ever gone to. I trust Dr. Payne, his assessments and his staff to look after my best interests.

Thanks to you and your whole team for doing such an amazing job.Remodeling the upper part of my teeth, was the plan, I I was afraid.This was a one of a kind experience!Everybody was so nice and friendly, Dr. Payne didn't get tired to explain me everything he had to do again and again.As I visited for months, I was comfortable all the times.They held my hands, brought blankets, gave hugs and for my Birthday in June they surprised me with flowers.I never had such an experience, being like a part of a family.I don't know how to thank everybody.Guess what, I can bite again and the teeth look gorgeous.Dr. Payne is an artist, one of a kind!
