Prime Communications-AT&T Authorized Retailer

Wasn't impressed with the customer service. There was a very dull feel about the environment which made me want to leave sooner than later..also, was told false info regarding my phone bill. This location needs to step it up!

I had a problem setting up the voicemail account on my new AT&T prepaid phone. Steven at the AT&T Store was very helpful. He called Customer Service, spoke with a real person, and fixed my phone in a short time.
