Ideal Auto USA

We bought a Van 2017 from Ideal Auto USA couple of months ago. The vehicle had an accident which we were aware of. After fishing all the damage, it turned out the van had more malfunctions. The gear box was not working properly and when the mechanic looked closely, he found out it was not originally from this vehicle. There were more parts changed into the old one as well. moreover, the mileage on the documents does not correspond with the actual numbers in the car. We cannot even register this vehicle. We contacted the owner of the company to solve this situation, but after one email in which he promised to take care of this matter, the contact is lost. I would discourage anyone to make any business with this company as their practices are simply illegal.

I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Touring Sedan, sight unseen, via Ebay Motors from IdealAutoUSA. It was actually a Mass. salvage vehicle from some rain event with only 350 miles at the time. The purchase price was an absolute steal and I am loving the car. Not a thing wrong with it! I dealt exclusively with Mark Golub. Mark is a man a few words, but when he speaks, it is always clear, honest, and factual. The communications and the entire transaction including shipping arrangements from NJ to OK were stellar. In summary, my experience with IdealAuto USA and Mark Golub could not have been improved upon. Can't go wrong with Mark and Ideal!!
