This is regarding house renting experience: The landlord Choice Realty represented by Dallwon Suh.



Never took care of the weed issue (written in contract). Lightbulbs in the house went out called and he said it's our problem to fix, then later send us a revised contract to state that...er??. Took weeks to fix the AC in the house bc he uses his "friend" instead of real contractor during the dreadful Georgia summer. His "friend" could fix it after 3 tries.

Upon leaving, he charged us a $650 paint touch up on the wall. (Marks from where the beds were, and according to georgia landlord tenant lord scuffs and marks should not count toward deposit because it is normal tear and wear. But $650!!!?? Wow. Then charges us for 7 lightbulbs...there was 1 that was out and it was too high for us to change ourself, like 2 stories roof top high at the edge of the gutter (flood light). Not 7 like he arbitrarily stated. He had to "change out front kitchen panel" due to water damage. Hm. Let's look back at the original walk through inspection oh it's right there! $150, then a deep cleaning "special". "Changing flooring" etc.

If it's not due to all of us landing a job outside of Georgia and had to move in a hurry. We'd have no problem taking this crook to court.

Absurd.

Keep away. Negative 5 stars if I could. Does not deserve your business.
