Global Taxi

With this company it all depends on who you get. Sometimes you make it a few annoying people dirty cars and attitude, and then there are sometimes you will get a very nice person clean car and very professional. They do have a little bit of a time issue.

This was the worse cab ever!! They were almost hour late!! The driver had a friend with her that was drinking beer while we were in the cab!! Had the windows down and no air conditioning on!!! I would rather walk then use this company again! I wish there was a negative star but I have to put something

The owner Moses took all my money I drove for him then today he told me to shut the f*** up

When my taxi arrived, I thought it was one of my degenerate "home girl (s)", from set it off. The cab was funky, to say the least. The profanities that slew from their mouths was one of a drunken stupor. My driver forgot to inform me that I was sharing a ride with others. Through it all, I had to hear about their sexual conquest. I kept looking around thinking that I was being punked.No such luck.......and no I wasn't dreaming this up. I prefer to walk than to call this company again.

I received a 6 mile ride after the driver showed up LATE (due to an incorrect pick up address, due to dispatcher not being able to speak english). Apparently my ride did not yield enough profit so after telling the driver I would need him same time, same place the next day, I called the dispatcher to officially order the cab the next morning and they would not answer my call. Then my call was disconnected after the first ring (twice) & on the third call I was sent to a vmail that was not set up yet (even shady-er!). This company made me miss a very important appointment! Save yourself from getting screwed and call somebody else!! I gave them one star because I HAD TO, to get this comment to post!! I would have liked to give them some NEGATIVE stars!

Global Taxi is a disreputable company. I received a ride from my home to a business (less than seven miles) and was told that the cost was $25.00. I was surprised by the price but paid it nonetheless. When I called the dispatcher, I spoke to Mr. Moses and asked what would be the cost of a 7 mile fare without telling him that I had already received a ride. He quoted me a price less than half of what I was charged. After complaining about this dishonest driver to the owner, I have heard lies from the driver, Duane, and excuses from Mr. Moses regarding how he will remedy overcharge. Even with a receipt and the address to and from written down, Mr. Moses has refused to reimburse me what he admitted was an excessive fair Do not support this dishonest company nor these dishonest men.

I road with this guy and I loved his green car. It was nice and clean and the driver was very nice. He asked how I was doing and if I needed air, heat, or radio. Southern taxis meter starts off cheaper therefor giving a cheaper ride. They give great rates and friendly service. I would never ride with area taxi again who took 2 hours to come get me and I even ended up walking home. That was rediculous! It took southern taxi only 15 minutes to get to me and I know they dont have as many drivers as area taxi does. And as far as global taxi goes, there a crock. They dont even have signs on there car to let you know that they are a taxi. Thats scared me. But anyways. I just had to say how much better southern taxi is than all the other taxi services in douglasville.
