Old Troy Pike Veterinary Clinic

There is not a staff member I don't trust and like at Old Troy Pike Vet office. They have taken care of my English Bulldos, French Bulldog, Bassett Hound and cats with outstanding care and knowledge. They are always fairly priced and understanding of military families.

This place messed my dog up terribly he had a hernia and they THOUGHT they could fix??? He was fine for 2 months then it came back again. After paying them nearly a $1000.00 to do this surgery. He was miserable again our family was devistated again he means so much to us a Great dog. We were close to putting our dog to sleep until, we decided to get one last second opinion . A friend said you need to try Care Center of Cincinnati . These True Vetanarian were so compassionate and explained everything going to us and said your dog does not need to be put to sleep this can be fixed I am very confident in that. Old Troy Clinic could not even provide documentation for his blood work or ex rays from doing their procedure to Care Center Cincinnati . I don't even think they did it for their surgery??? Their office Mgr. Is very nasty up there I don't know her name but she has tattoos all over her. Thank goodness we gave him a second chance with Care Center of Cincinnati . They called and text us with updates through the day and night how our dog was doing and they were very caring to our pet and us. The surgery was more money to get him fixed CORRECTLY. But the old saying holds true "You get what you pay for". If you want your pet to get a shot maybe....if you have a major problem with your pet I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OLD TROY VETANARIAN CLINIC FOR ANYONE.

These are wonderful caring people who treat you with compassion. Your pet is important to them. I have been going to them for years and will continue to use them

The receptionist was so old and rude i couldnt even explain my problem without her attitude. I hung up after 5min of frustration. Clearly not a good start so why would i continue with them and bring

my dog there? So rude.
