        Overall

        One particular staff member there had a terrible attitude when I wanted to make sure that my dog was going to get a specific hair cut I didn't want them to shave my dog bald and I specifically said that to her when I come back my dog was shaved freaking bald .I was highly disappointed will never go there again

        The staff is wonderful with the animals, very clean and the atmosphere is calm. The most important thing is our dog Mia loves going.
