Sweetwater Apartments

Cons: Full of off-campus college residents from August-April, located literally right next to the Dade City Rod & Gun Club (shooting range), which is open every day except Thursday from 9AM - 6PM, with constant shooting, management is constantly changing companies.

Biggest complaint: Noise. From 9-6 you WILL hear the shooting at the gun range nextdoor. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays. I suppose the silver lining is that you won't need an alarm clock, as the shooting starts at 9 AM sharp every day except Thursday. Add in the noise of bored college student parties and music (after all, what else is there to do in Pasco County?!), and you'll wonder why you're paying so much for rent.
