Hillside Trace Apartments

This is by far the worst place I ever lived in. This place is leaky, old, and moldy! I have been here less than 6 months and have had 6 problems with the roof leaking, They will collect your money but they won't call a roofer to fix it properly. They don't put any money back into the place for repairs or upkeep. The mold keeps growing each time it leaks. The latest solution...put a tarp on it. They tried that last time but it blew off. All I can say is run and run far and fast from this place. I was told I can move to another unit or break the lease but they will not put anyting in writing. This was right before the holidays, which is hard to move then. After the holidays, I told the "manager" I will be moving out and I would like that in writing...she then told me that time has lapsed, we won't offer you that anymore. Are you joking??? It is the only way they can keep people in this dump is to trap them. Why would I want to stay and move to another unit, when I have already experienced the work they don't do!!! Stay away from this place!!!!!!
