Gardens of Fontainbleu Apartments

Recently management put the notice on everybody door where they warn about people parking in other people spots (parking is a huge issue here), pets and also about drug problem in the complex. In the evening I have seen kids from nearby school smoking and smooching openly, the management just seems to be giving paper and does not seem to be enforcing anything. Twice I say cops in the complex. Kids play without supervision and that in itself is not good in such situation. Manager David seems egoistic and does not seem to care much(other then renting his units or changing junior manager who do not have any control anyways). I have seen cars going fast around corners in the parking lot which is very dangerous. Th apartment as such is old and Kitchen is really small. If you do not trust me you could come here and see for yourself. The school in this are are ok only. hey charge a lot for utilities and the central AC bill is always high as the apartments are not sealed properly. The only good thing I would say is the lawns are maintained, but honestly stay away from this place...
