        Horrible

        I have been to this establishment quite a few times since I live in the neighborhood, but this will be my last visit at this location. Today, 9/2/07, at approx. 12:15pm, I ordered a big and tasty meal, deluxe angus meal and a fish sandwich at a cost of $12.18. EVERTHING, was cold, the buns were not fresh, they were hard as a brick, the lettuce on the angus burger was so wilted that you could not eat it, the fries was cold, everything was horrible. I tried calling and no one answered the phones. They need to start using FRESH ingredients and stop letting their food set under that hot light. And they also need to hire friendlier people to work. You should not have to spend your money on horrible food AND have the people waiting on you with nasty attitudes. I spoke with the Manager, Charmaine(?) and she told me to bring the stuff back and that they will fix it fresh. Why wasn't it fresh when I first received it? She would not replace my money.
