Delivery men stole money during delivery, beware, do not use this company! Eric, supervisor accused me if lying.

Liberty Transportation was scheduled to deliver a newly purchased Sears washing machine. We've had previous washer/dryer and dishwashers delivered without issues. Delivery man 'Adolph' arrived Saturday afternoon. He was curt & abrupt upon arrival. Took items off our walls, removed basement door all without asking. Refused to listen to any suggestions and ultimately refused to install in our basement. He stated he was going to leave - with the appliance sitting in our kitchen - when he called his supervisor, Paul. While I was discussing the situation with Paul, Adolph snatched the phone away, told his co-worker they were leaving and they took our new washer and left. As I was asking for his supervisors phone number in order to call back, Adolph refused to speak. He called our basement a 'dungeon', our neighborhood a ghetto and yelled at me and my husband. Just to be 'smart' he honked his horn as he left! If this is a contacted service with Sears, they might want to reconsider this business arrangement with Liberty Transportation.
