Counseling Partners LLC

I was somewhat concerned about going to Counseling Partners after reading the one and only review that was posted. I did make an appointment regardless. I was treated in a kind and compassionate way. Daveda was very professional and put me at ease from the very beginning. I found Daveda very easy to talk to. I would recommend Counseling Partners and Daveda to anyone.

Davida Eisenstein was very unprofessional and I believe she did not execute due diligence in my pre plea investigation in a domestic violence case. She did NOT consider any of the written statements I prepared, including the statement I entered into their computer system during my initial appointment. She only included my statements made to her in response to her obviously pre planned questions - which were NOT specific to my case. She did not investigate an error that I had pointed out in my police record, which was noticed later by my defending attorney, and she did not investigate my statement about my accuser's previous history as a domestic violence defendant. She did not include at least 2 personal reference statements that I know of, which I knew she had received prior to her completing her report. In her final report she 'assumed' I committed further acts of violence upon reading the untruthful statement submitted by my accuser, therefore sealing my fate without any further investigation.
This company is just that - a company - one who is only concerned with their financial status. I felt the office was dirty and bland, and the computer I completed my initial report to was so old that I wonder today if anything I entered even got saved. The staff were also bland and seemed uncaring and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!! Oh, and you cannot give anyone less than one start - but I would definitely give this organization ZERO stars if I were able to!
