Through my experience as a recruiter I’ve discovered that many people find themselves in professional situations for which they are no longer suited or where they’ve lost their passion. Sometimes that becomes clear over time and sometimes as a result of becoming unexpectedly unemployed. When job seekers, career changers, and those who wish to develop their career find themselves wanting more, they tend to find themselves in a period of self-reflection.
