The pharmacist Bill was ridiculous. 2 weeks ago,there was a problem filling my prilosec. The pharmacist called to tell me they were out, and that I would need to wait until tomorrow. Great!

Last night, I dropped off a prescription for oxycodone, and they told me it would be ready in an hour. I returned later to find out that I would have to wait until tomorrow. The prescription would be ready at 8am.

Today, I go in at 2pm, and they haven't even filled it yet. So, I tell them that they should apologize for not calling me and allowing me to waste 30 minutes attempting to pick up the medication last night. Bill, the pharmacist, responds, "do you want your prescription back? Obviously, we can't make you happy." I can't even imagine how much money Walgreens has profited from my account,as I have used them for years, and used their infusion center as well. And that is how Bill handles my first complaint. I'm sure he wanted to impress his co-workers, but the main reason is because it was pain medicine. They treat people on pain medication substandard. They have such a bad image of those people that they seem to have a negative attitude that they apply to everyone. Bill was despicable, and of course I will be changing pharmacies.

If you are sick, I would not recommend using this pharmacy, as Bill doesn't know you or care where you go. If you have to make 3 trips, that's your problem.
