The Islander Apartments

Unfortunately there isn't a option for no stars. This place is a joke. They fix nothing, bed bugs every where, the staff from the maintenance to the pool staff. Including the entire management that owns this dump of a complex. They will pass the problem and blame it on someone else but themselves. Refrain from signing anything with these scums. I'm gladnI left there a year ago, instead of them trying to up my rent 100 more dollars. Not including all of the Indian people who live here that smell worse than the dumpster. Bed bugs, high rent for a dump, and stinky tenants. Sounds dreamy right? Dont make the same mistake so many do every month.

Don't move here. They raise their rent by $100 every time your lease is up. Can you afford that? They aren't willing to work with you, they just want to make money. The deal you get when moving it seems great and as soon as your lease is up they'll jack up the price. It looks gorgeous but if only they cared about their tenants the way they do about their flowers and landscaping. Their property manager is unprofessional and greedy. When it storms the power goes out. These apts are old structure wise and leaks happen ALL the time. The maintenance here is great but do you want to worry every few months about your home being damaged and having it fixed? There are water bugs often called silver fish. They now allow pets and I love animals but not living and barking around me and pooping when being walked. I would definitely consider other apts before moving here. I also hear there is a drug problem in the units on the North side of the lake. Beware.
