Doctors Care

Great service, very friendly staff!!! I was visiting from out of town and became ill and thankfully found DoctorsCare and they save me and my trip!

I sat 3 hours at an urgent Care off Dover road then to be turned away because my blood pressure was so high.... They could have giving me somthing to lower it before I walked out the door, anyway ended up at Dr.care and was in & out in 30 minutes, they were very nice and I loved my Dr. Great facility. (Madison St.)

Went in for a DOT physical. The PA did the physical but would not certify due to my sleep situation. He cited a requirement for 30 days of continuous monitoring. The unit I have can not record data and is obsolete, but effective. I called DOT and FMCSA about this requirement and was told that NO requirement exists by either agency. In short, both groups advised me to "doctor shop" for one who is not adding personal rules to federal regulations.
Will NEVER do business with this group again and advise caution to others. When challenged with my research, they were flippant about my claim and dismissive.
Unless in a dire situation, find a real doctor for medical help.

I would have given no stars if that were an option. The nurse practicer I saw was in the room less than two minutes, asked for very little information, and seemed uninterested. To my shock and dismay, another employee handed me prescription for a narcotic medication. No wonder so many Americans are hooked on prescription drugs when there are places like this in business. There was no discussion of anything. I learned the diagnosis from the paperwork. This was the poorest experience I've had with a medical facility.

Went to see doctor Kent for a flight physical last Thursday. I passed my medical as usual. Told Doctor Kent and staff I needed certificate for job following week, Doctor Kent and staff ensured it would be no issue. Doctor Kent forgot to sign certificate and now he is on vacation until next week, job then closed. Staff was rude as well and very disorganized obviously. DO NOT use Doctor Kent or Doctors Care.

I Have to left one star is the lowest I can go,this is the worse place that I ever been, staff in the front area are so rude, I called the first time and they put me in hold for 30 minutes,they think are Divas o super starts,I got a tb test positive, after I paid $175 for a gold test the Nurse just filled one blood tube,other two never filled, I asked to her about why She didn't fill the other two and She said I know what I'm doing is ok with one tube,but if you watch Gold test in you tube, you will know they took 3 blood tubes to send to the lab. and get results, The Nurse did a bad job, one week after when I went in the office for my result, The Medical Assistant Her name is Tiffany told me,why you're here,the doctor is too busy to read your test,and I said I dont care,I called and the other assistant told me that I can come anytime today, when I got upset, She just told me,ok the doctor will read your test and I have to wait 45 minutes to get the RESULT and it was indeterminate,inconclusive, worse service, I waste time,Gas and money,They don't want take another test so I have to pay again or go to the tb clinic for free. SO BE AWARE if you need emigracion service be carefully with those doctors they are doing fraud for emigration, They are the only two doctors in Clarksville, Tennessee. I'm going to call to emigration and report this people, they are doing their job really bad, Remember if you have to do Gold test they have to be 3 tubes No one like this people does. I'm really upset. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE DIVAS IN DOCTOR'S SCARE ON WILMA RUDOLPH,CLARKSVILLE,TN.

I have had good service with Dr. Care. Walgreens clinic will give you sugar pills that do nothing. And like one other person said, Gateway hospital is like the gateway to hell. STAY AWAY FROM GATEWAY.

I've lived here ten years and I have gone through three or four or more primary care physicians and I am most satisfied with the Doctors Care staff. If I'm sick today I can get help today and I hav high confidence in their expertise. Most of the staff is courteous,professional and very attentive. There IS one PA- who is (was ?)extremely rude and hateful bit even she was a good practitioner..I haven't seen her there recently but if she is history then I give Doctors Care Five Stars!

If you think you can get better care for an acute emergency then by all means try Gateway Hospital, after that experience then visit Doctors Care and compare your experiences. I know most of the staff and they are very knowledgeable and nice but you do have those few bad apples. Just be sure to ask questions and make sure you fully understand before leaving. Good luck and STAY AWAY FROM GATEWAY HOSPITAL and p.s. if the girls at the front counter are rude to you, by god TELL THEM!!

so reading the previous review I thought this would be a horrible experience... and my god was it right about the girls at the front counter they have absolutely no customer service skills... but there were a few that were good. but I give it a four because I got in quickly, the doctors and assistants were very quick and nice. got straight to the point... and called me back promptly and took care of all my issues without question which is more than I can say about my regular doctor. if you don't want to pay for an er visit... deal with a couple of attitudes and go to doctors care.
