        bad manners

        My bad experience started out with making an appointment. The receptionist was rude and short with you from the beginning. He was not helpful deciding who to schedule an appointment with. When I walked in the receptionist just stared at us instead of greeting or smiling. Had to wait 20 minutes without being told why or how long. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and totally chopped off my hair. I saw others wait to pay while they were busy talking to each other. Just a horrible place that I will never ever visit again.
