Subaru of Cherry Hill

My wife and I bought our certified pre-owned 2011 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Cherry Hill in June 2013. To say our experience was great is an understatement.



We arrived at the dealership to look at their inventory of used Subaru Outbacks. Our salesman, Jay Cafaro, is one of the most honest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He kept his word on making sure that a couple of dents and scratches would be fixed prior to the completion of sale.



A few weeks later, he called to let us know that they realized the oil was never changed prior to selling the car. So we brought it back and he provided us with a loaner. Two days later, my wife picked up the car and to our surprise, not only did they change the oil, but they also also took care of a number of other things to ensure the car was running smoothly... all at no cost to us.



If every car dealership and salesman was like Jay and Subaru of Cherry Hill, this world would be a happier place. Honesty and integrity is not exactly something you find at many dealerships and car service centers. As a Subaru family living in PA, we will be returning to Subaru of Cherry Hill for our future Subaru purchases.
