Salon Tribeca

I am fairly new to the area and was looking for a salon closer to where I live. I decided to try Salon Tribeca based on a recommendation and the reviews I read online. It was easy to get an appointment which was great. Unfortunately, I'm really unhappy with my hairstyle. I brought two pictures for my stylist (both were of me with the hairstyle I had last year). I had two request, one that the back of my hair be cut so that I could fix it the way it was in the pictures (with a flip) and the other was that I be able to fix it in less than 15 minutes (which is why I wanted to go back to my old style). He asked about my routine and I told him exactly how I wanted to be able to fix my hair. He was super friendly and easy to talk to and my hair looked great when I left. Unfortunately when I washed my hair to fix it, it did neither of the things I asked. There are multiple crazy layers, I have one layer on the bottom that will flip but the rest will not. Because I have naturally wavy hair, I have to straighten everything else to make it look decent. Then throughout the day it just gets wavy again which makes a mess! I did have one of the Jr. Stylist which may be the difference. I definitely won't return.
