If I could give no stars, I would. This place has horrible customer service and refuses to ever give a full refund for it. The contacts I got gave me horrible painful double vision and the glasses my fiance got made the floor appear 5 feet higher. They take your card for a refund and seem to only pretend to give you a refund while claiming they don't even need to take a card to give one. Then they only claim they already gave you the refund when they did nothing. They claim that since they gave a (clearly inaccurate) prescription, they deserve the money for the exam. Huge waste of time, money, and energy. Never go here.

Nothing but terrible experiences here! On the day of my exam, the store opened 1 hr late, due to someone "Leaving the keys." . Three weeks later, no one from the store had called to let me know that my glasses and trial contact lenses had arrived. I had to call them (they had been there). The following day I stopped by to pick up my glasses. The associate broke them while trying to adjust them. I had to sit for about 45 minutes while she and 2 other associates attempted to repair them. As a result, one side of my glasses are permanently damaged. A week later, I came in for my "contact class." The associate told me nothing about my "toric" lenses, and after about a week of being miserable wearing them, I went online and learned about how to properly wear them. Finally, I had to miss my contact follow up exam because I couldn't get my contacts in after cutting up jalapenos and onions at home. The person on the phone would not schedule me to come in on another day, and insisted that I get another pair of trials before the doc could see me. I don't see how 2 or 3 days would make a difference with the trial pair for my follow up exam.
