I was in distressed when i called pepboys because i was driving around with a flat, even though it was a run flat tire, my entire was shredding...I knew i had to get to a service station soon. All the service stations wer closing and know service station was willing to assist me . i remebered that pep boys had just recently opened and i called from my cell, i spoke with Karl Cooper who was friendly, understanding and sensative to my issue. He went searching for a tire to fit my vechicle right away. He told me that he would have a tire ready as soon as i got there to replace my flat. They reassured me that they would wait until i arrived. i drove into pep boys and I was greeted as soon as i walked in. Craig Sanchez explained that he was assisting me in place of Karl but I was in good hands. He worked with me with several options of tires and prices to fit my budget which made me feel at ease. I felt that Craig was understanding to my needs and did what he could to assist me further. When Craig was unable to do any more for a better price, the manager Joe Young assisted and I must say he was a gem. He also worked and assisted the guys as much as possiable to get things done in a timely manner due to it was already closing time. The guys were not so concerned about going home but was more concerned with handeling my issues with my vehichle. I felt so at ease that i trusted my vechicle with them completly. I needed back break pads and I ended up buying 4 tires as well because Joe made it affordable for me. There was also a deal when you buy 4 tires, your get one free in which you receive a visa gift card by mail. That also made things much better price wise. ... Again the prices were very fair and they accomadated me with all my needs I thank JOE YOUNG for all his help as well as the rest of the team that night. I left feeling really good about the store and the people that worked there. I will be back for my automotive needs. I have a Lexus 460 GS and I take good care of my car. I know when i bring my vechile to them it is in great hands!
I am writing today to share with you the excellent service I received from Masoud two weeks ago at Gunther VW by the Mall of GA. As a single woman I was hesitant going to a dealership to purchase a car. Actually, I always envisioned dealers as vultures hovering over their prey. I made my fears clear to Masoud and he made it clear that he always does the best for his customers. And, I have to say that I agree. The dealership itself is nothing like I have ever seen. They have classic VW's in the showroom with lots of TV's on the walls and music going inside and out. Certainly not your typical dealer. Masoud asked me some questions about what type of car I wanted and proceeded to show me a couple of cars and clearly explained my financial options. He was patient in answering all of my questions. After evaluating my options, I am proud to say I am a proud owner of a 2012 VW JETTA!. Masoud was wonderful to work with. I was delighted to work with a salesperson whose knowledge, respect and sense of humor made my car purchasing process a pleasure. I had a wonderful experience at Gunter Volkswagon. I decided to take my New Honda Odyssey to them for service on the recommendation of a friend of mine. I needed an oil change and basic service, but I also had recently had some damage to my wheel from hitting a curb to avoid hitting a dog. They were amazing and so helpful. Tina Harris and John Streeper went out of their way to make sure that my car was taken care of. I did not realize that they serviced all makes and models there until my friend told me. I was very excited to get my car back and know that it was in great working order and safe to drive my family around in it. I will happily continue to take my car there for service.
