        Where else can you have Danish sausage for breakfast plus insider secret...

        Anyone even near the Santa Ynez Valley hankering for a really good breakfast and efficient waitresses need look no further than Ellen's. Aside from eggs cooked to order and the kind of hash brown potatos that have the perfect crunch factor, you have to try the Danish sausage for your meat group... Unique and tasty, but only found here where if you ask (insider alert / not on the menu), you can get (1) one Danish pancake instead of toast. There is a wait on holidays and weekends but worth the wait. Enjoy!
