After our visit the office manager made our next appointment and told us to have a merry Christmas. I told him that my children are not Christian and we do not celebrate Christmas. He apologized sincerely and then told us to have a Happy New Year! I couldn't believe it, I just told him that we were not Christian and he offended us again! We will not be back.

It's always a great experience when we come to Kool Smiles. The staff is very nice and the office is clean. Sometimes we do have to wait longer than I would like but it's still a great place.

Everyone in the office is very nice. My daughter came in for an emergency appointment and the doctor saw her quickly and gave her antibiotics and pain medication to help her. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great children's dentist.

If you're looking for a great kids dentist then I definitely recommend Kool Smiles. The staff was very nice and the doctor was fast and efficient. My kids will be going back there from now on.

The wait was extremely long this time. Dr Coleey was very slow. The office staff were very friendly as usual and we have never had a problem before so they still did an excellent 5 star job!

We have been here several times n have to wait for over n hour every single time its insane. What do you even have appointments for?? Then you get in the back n everyone is super nice. This place is bipolar. Regardless we will not be back. Furious.

Wonderful dentist office. I have six kids and they all come here. The staff is friendly and the dentists do great work. Sometimes we wait a little longer than I would like but they are busy and they do the best that they can.
