Everyone at Kool Smiles Dental in Brooklyn Park was outstanding from check in to Miss Brianna helping set the review up for me. I have 4 other children up to ages 25 and been through many, many, and many of dental services and this was by far the very best experience I have ever had with child #5. She had an extraction and filling and handled it all like nothing because Doctor Desh and her D.A. Miss Lauren were so fantastic. I am now going to switch my dentistry office to Kool Smiles. My niece and I would like to thank everyone there. Keep up the GREAT work!

Brought my 7 year old daughter in as a Emergency Walk-In, I called Brooklyn Park Kool Smiles location before I brought her, they told me I could bring her in at 1pm. We arrived a few minutes early, & we waited for all the 1:00pm scheduled patients to be called back & seen before my daughter was called back. Only waited probably 20-30min. The dental assistant was very very friendly, she made my daughter feel very comfortable, my daughter is very shy so I was very satisfied how they make an extra effort to make her feel comfortable talking to them etc. The dentist exams my daughter & we were done within 15min. I have to admit our 1st visit to Kool Smiles in Brooklyn Park was awful, the Dental Hygenist literally made me cry, she made me feel like I was such a bad parent because my child had cavity’s, she made comments to me about my parenting & literally had me walk out of there in tears. I reported my awful experience Kiol Smiles & was contacted by Manager apologizing for my experience, manager was very very nice, & could tell he felt really bad for what happened.
I now make sure my daughter does not have that hygienist on her visits ever again, i will never allow that woman to ever touch my child again, & I really think she shouldn’t be working w/the public at all, she does not have people skills, she shown how she has not a clue on how to speak to people & should not work anywhere where she has to speak w/people!!!!
Thank goodness i have not had any more awful experiences like that 1st one, all other visits have been great

I usually go tp their Brooklyn Park location in Md. They made a clerical error and scheduled me for west baltimore. When i arrived they were unwilling to accommodate the appointment time and would only see my child on an emergency basis so she was not seen for the initial visit she was supposed to be seen for. Most staff were nice but the dentist Nebyant Felix was rude and inconsiderate. I truly didnt care for her disposition. I can assure you I will be finding someplace else to take my daughter from here out.

Friendly, courteous service. Kids were seen in a timely manner. Can't understand why they tell me every other time I take my teens there that my Payflex card doesn't work when it's time for me to pay for the appointment.

Dr Brown & Lisa at the Brooklyn Park location (Baltimore) are THE BEST!!! Dr Brown educates as well as walks you through each step, checks on your comfort/pain level AS SHE WORKS, and Lisa is there right by your side also..... SO COMFORTABLE AND PROFESSIONALS. THE FRONT DESK (Sorry don't know her name) But she's so pleasant and always with a smile!!!! KOOL SMILES RICHIE HWY BROOKLYN IS THE BEST!!! I'D RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO THIS LOCATION (ADULTS AND CHILDREN)

Dr. Griffin and Michelle provide an awesomely amazing surgical extraction experience. I had a 3pm appointment and was done by 3:45. They both were knowledgeable, a tentative, and most importantly provided me with a reassurance that everything would be alright.

dr griffin & michelle work together as a great team, they make you feel very comfortable & relaxed, in good hands. dr. brown is also very pleasant & has a great smile. Latasha helped me very much with all my appointments and is very good with people. tiffany is good at coordinating the appts. when you walk in the people at the front desk greet you with a smile & are very helpful. all in all everybody makes kool smiles a happy place. debra moore

Overall they had good service. They were fast and informative with my childrens care needs but there automated calling system randomly calls me a few times a day and its very annoying. They need to address that issue because I don't want to but I'm ready to block their number and just communicate thru email regarding appoinment confirmations etc...

Typically a children's dentist, it does allow for one adult patient a day and I was it. Luckily for me because I would likely be the biggest kid OF the day. From the minute I walked in until the minute I left I was treated with respect and courtesy and everyone was so nice! The place was clean, well organized and all in all just a nice place with a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately what I need to have done will have to be at a different office but I would go back here in a heartbeat.

I love this location my kids seen Dr. Keep and she made it the most fun my kids ever had. Even though they had to get fill ins the didn't feel a thing, thanks to Dr. Keep and her assistant Lata sha my kids have happy healthy smiles once again.

on 8/4/16 my son was brought into kool smiles with a emergency. He has severe dental anxiety. The dental assistant Keshawn is who took care of us. She was very personal and explaining the procedure to us. She checked on us several times and explained the treatment needs in detail. She was very good and patient with my son's needs.

In July 2016 I was advised by a young Kool Smiles dentist at the Glen Burnie location who told me my tooth needed to be extracted. I was very skeptical based on what I saw on the X-ray and sought a second opinion from a more experienced dentist.

A few days later I consulted a periodontist with 30 years experience. He expressed SHOCK when told that Kool Smiles had advised that the tooth be extracted. He commented that it was a completely good tooth, and only needed a crown.

What the Kool Smiles dentist recommended indicates gross incompetence. Do NOT trust your teeth to Kool Smiles. I do not know about the other locations, but the dentist I dealt with at the Glen Burnie location is dangerously incompetent.

Kool Smiles is a clinic for children and if this dentist is any indication, the staff has little experience dealing with adult dental issues.

I have yet to have a bad experience here. The play area is great to keep the kids busy while filling out paperwork and such. I never have a long wait time. I'm in and out and back to my day.

I take my son Brundon here to have services on his teeth. This is a great place he is obsessed with the slide in the kid's area. The staff is so nice it is worth to drive far to come to this place

I love this place ; They were fast and they knew what they were doing thank you so much!! I appreciate it.

We had Keshawn help our son and daughter the day we came in. She was absolutely amazing! She made my children feel so comfortable and also made me feel like they were in good, caring hands. We absolutely loved her and hope when we come back she is there too!

It was my 2 yr olds first visit & it was seemless...they were friendly & helpful. The play area helped occupy my toddlers during the short wait. We were in & out.

I don't think you guys should tell people to arrive 15 minutes early if your gonna have them sitting around for an hour, other than that the people are really nice the place is nice and I would come back .

Las ocasiones que e benido a estas oficinas me an tratado muy bien y muy limpio todo el lugar.Muchas gracias ala senorita betsy que nos ayudo con toda esta linda bisita y experiencia en especial porque era la primer bes del mas pequeno de mis hijos.Se los recomiendo atodos los padres de familia y se abla espanol y ingles.
