        Overall

        Just picked up my down jacket from Finderne Dry Cleaners and they ruined it! All the filling was in lumps in one spot and the bulk of the jacket's filling is non existent. I took it back and he said "it happens all the time" and would do nothing. Needless to say I won't be going back!
