Lauren is the best reason why I come here. she's genuine, confident, and great at what she does which sets me at ease. Dr. Anna Hastings is also a great reason why I will continue to come here and bring my children. Dr. Hastings makes me feel safe while getting treatment by her pleasant demeanor and caring and professional work ethic.

Dr Stewart always makes my 4 years old have a great experience. She has had two surgeries with him and still has no fear of the dentist.

The family dental care facility in Bossier City la, is the cutting edge of true professional dental care, bar none. They are friendly, and truly care about every patient. My experience has been extremely pleasurable, and would recommend (with high praise) family dental care to those who really want the best possible dental care. I came in with extreme dental pain. Ms. Kristen made me feel calm, soothed,and this was hands down the best, most comforting dentist visit I have ever had. I will be back. Mostly people want to complain when a employee does something wrong. But I say let's recognize ppl for they're kind acts.

Went to this dentist office to get a simple filling replaced and from the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable as one of the staff behind the front desk immediately started staring at me as if I was a walking plague (to clarify that statement, I have psoriasis and it is very obvious as it is active on my hands at the moment). I was asked to pay for the exam and x-ray upfront, before even being seen, as I have no insurance. After being taken back to a room, the dental assistant tried to take my blood pressure, not once, but 5 times and when I asked if she wanted me to lift my long sleeve shirt (as I wear long sleeves year round due to sun sensitivity exacerbating my condition) she acted like she didn't hear what I said) and continued to try unsuccessfully. They feeling I got was she didn't want to expose herself to whatever it is that I might have. And after feeling completely humiliated by members of the staff and the exam by the dentist, I was given an treatment cost for the replacement filling of $379!!! Are you insane? I have to say that the professionalism is the clinic is total facade and this is by far one of the worse dental visit I have ever had.
