If I could give a negative star I would. Michael went to my parents cabin to repair the refrigerator on Friday without a freon tester and freon. He said it was something else and charged them $110 plus my mom gave him $10 extra for coming. He didn't wait to see if it was fixed and it wasn't. So she called and he came back out Saturday with freon and charges another $105. As of this morning it's 80 degrees inside the refrigerator because Michael doesn't know what the hell he's doing. I've asked him not to take advantage of my elderly parents and to refund 100% of their money $225 so they can call someone that's qualified. Let's see if he's an honest business man or if I have to file charges against him for taking advantage of elderly people. Come on, do the right thing! Update, he refused to call me, his wife screamed at me and then called my 81 year old mother whose recovering from triple bypass surgery & heart attack and screamed at her for telling me about the problem. She did say though, "It wasn't fixable!" Well, there ya go, the truth came out!
