Saturday Gourmet

Thanks to Saturday Gourmet. We have a new family tradition. It's a Saturday tradition in more ways than one. Every Saturday morning, my husband and I meet our friends (we call them the "clique") for brunch at the Saturday Gourmet. Aaron and his staff are super. They indulge our taste buds and get our weekend started right. The brunch is cooked to order and this is the only place in town where I'll order eggs. The apple-wood smoked bacon is cooked perfectly, not limp, not rubbery, not too crunchy. The french toast will soon become legandary. My bottomless pit of a son can actually get filled up (at least until mid afternoon) eating the french toast. I highly recommend Saturday Gourmet for brunch on Saturdays but also for lunch or dinner during the week. I love the pot roast and my husband and son love the lasagna. On Thursday's they serve chicken pot pie. It's so popular, it ALWAYS sells out. We always know that whenever we stop by Saturday Gourmet, we'll get good food, a great value, and wonderful conversation. The intimate dining room encourages patrons to chat while they wait for their meals. The atmosphere is so friendly, that everyone catches it and before long, everyone is chatting and dinner turns into an event instead of just a meal. Speaking of events, Saturday Gourmet is also your "go to guy" for catering and event planning. I've attended several events catered by Saturday Gourmet and the food is always fabulous. When you come to Saturday Gourmet, you'll see that it's more than just an eating establishment, it's dinner with friends.
