The Park at Monterey Oaks

This apartment complex is labeled as luxury. Just goes to prove not to believe in labels. The construction is terrible. We can hear every step our neighbor takes through their apartment. The management here is a joke. If you complain they just say that they are only the representatives for a corporation. We have lived here for 3 months and have already had 2 separate notices of rent increases happening soon.The gates never work, so they must just be there for show. They charge a $300 non-refundable pet fee, plus $10 a month in pet rent. The lease says you cannot have aggressive breeds but I have seen 2 different pitt bulls and a few boxers, one of which lunges at me and my dog every time we walk by. I absolutely do not recommend living here.
