Lakewood Christian Manor

Old management was great,they got things done they kept you informed &worked with you if there were any issues. The new management is a little shaddy, they've changed a lot of things, the security person(s) aren't all that good when thay are there,the gate stays out of order,repairs take forever so you have to stay on them about it.They recently started taking housing vouchers so the quality of people has changed a little and some neighbors house more poeple than they should so you see a lot of new faces at night.On the plus side a majority of the residents that have been there for a while are like family & they look out for one another, as a community should. The washers are low& are updated. Its in a good location, near the bus line & shopping plazas. The events held there are great, there is a Bank of America office in there & they are very helpful, the apartments are a good size for one person, there is a lot of parking& the natural surrounding/landscaping are beautiful
