        Overall

        I went to this location to overnight a package to my daughter in California because I needed to make sure she got it the next day and they're the experts, right? Wrong. I told the guy at the counter I needed to send it overnight. He told me no problem, typed up the label abd had me verify the addresses. Well, at least he got that part right. Instead of sending my package overnight he sent it ground and it will not be there for a week. If I had a week to get it there why would I use fedex? I discovered the problem the next morning when I went to check to make sure it would arrive today. After calling the 800 number I was told since my package was already in the system there was nothing that could be done. The guy who waited on me was not paying attention to what he was doing. He looked up every time the door opened, talked to the people who came in and talked to the other employees. What he didn't do was what I requested, which was a simple request. When I called the store manager to filed a complaint all I got was rudeness. From now on I will use UPS, USPS, DHL or carrier pigeon. Anything but fedex.
