Making the choice to work with 24GetFit Fitness has to be the best investment I've ever made when it comes to getting in shape. If you're anything like me, you've tried every combination of diet and exercise and have yo-yo'd up and down with little-to-no lasting results. The first meeting/consultation I had with my trainer, Vincent, was not only free, but it gave me the opportunity to build a repore with him and make sure we were a good match. I could tell from our first meeting that he has an obvious passion for helping people and good health. Working with him helped me to focus on exercises that were right for my goals and body type - he doesn't just count reps, he teaches you new ways of achieving your fitness goals. He keeps things interesting by offering a diverse/wide range of workouts. And I get to choose where I workout - outdoors or at my personal home gym - so I don't have to purchase an additional gym membership! I find myself actually looking forward to working out for a change! An extra bonus are the weekly emails offering reasonable and easy-to-follow diet plans. If you want a great "weight loss/get into better shape" program, then I strongly suggest you go check them out....you will be glad you did!
There's a man and a woman whose names I don't know unfortunately. The woman multitasks really well which helps gets the customers in and out as fast as humanly possible. She's great. The man however has a really condescending attitude with no patience to guide the customers through a process whether it be to use a copier, computer, fill out a form or whatever. He will constantly remind the customer to stop, slow down, and read. While I understand that it gets annoying that know one wants to read anything because they're in a rush....his attitude will easily make you feel like a child. God forbid you have any questions...I feel like the woman is the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars as far as customer service goes. I've never had any problems at all with any deliveries so as long as the job is done I don't mind going to them for convenience.
GREAT experience! Very good customer service. Lilly responded to my every need. She was very helpful and reliable...I had 2 bad experiences with different companies in 2010 and a few when booking this trip, 2015 but MADISON auto shipping was amazing!!! Would recommend to anyone shipping their car! NOT SHADY AT ALL....My pick up date was for Tuesday February 17, 2015 but they came on Wednesday February 18, 2015. Car was delivered 2 days early! The ONLY reason why the car was dirty was because of the inclement weather. It had snowed and the car was dirty with sand from the road. There was no way around it....dirty is better than damaged! The driver who had my vehicle on the truck Thomas, was amazing!!! Very good. Kept in contact with me DAILY! Very nice and responsible!
