Great loft, unskilled stylists. These ppl cannot do locks. Everyones hair looked a mess so I should've taken that as a warning signal. She was using a comb to part my hair-what!!?? Tugging and sighing like this her first head of hair ever. I'm lucky she didnt rip my hair out. My hair has been well maintained by a professional for a long while. The lady could not palm roll at all. I had to show her how to palm twist it to make the edges look smooth...huh??! Left my hair frizzy and looking a mess then put me under the dryer with my hair looking worse than it did when I walked in.



Over priced. Trying to charge 90 for a maintenance and style, while my regular loctician is in a national hair magazine & has won hair competitions and only charges 60 for a maintenance and stlye & will have you looking like you just walked out of a photoshoot. They need to close down until they get better hair stylists. I paid them part of their money for the time spent and went on my way. Now I'm left to retwist my hair myself tonight, (because I can honestly do a way better job)-something I haven't had to do in almost a year and a half. Lesson learned. Watch for signs....

My Two-strand twist extensions began falling out three days after leaving the shop. The stylist cut the locks too short and inadequately placed extensions to the hair. The owner was argumentative and defensive. The most unprofessional salon experience ever!
