Waffle House

I went into The Waffle House on tonight 5/5/16 and to have dinner. There were lots of people in there. This one lady was sitting alone and I went in and sat in the booth behind her. The wattress came and said that she would be back to take my order. She brought me utensils and a coke. I continue to sit and the lady behind me asked had I received my food and I told her no hell she never came back to take my order. The lady quoted what??? I replied no and she ask do you want me to get her because she's just washing dishes and I told the lady no that's alright because I was just going to leave because I'm not going to pay and wait all night to receive grits and toast. There were others white people sitting waiting on a table. She was trying to get them somewhere to sit instead of taking my order. It was a racial thing. I am going to call fox 5 and talk with me a attorney because I was refuse to be serve.
