Rooms To Go

Rooms to go is terrible! Lied about when they will deliver! Brought my sectional and bought a piece out the frame was bent and did not belong to this sectional. The delivery person said they will call me about the other piece they did not call, took me three days to get to talk to someone! They kept trying to say I refuse the piece, finally said they will deliver the recliner the following Friday. The next Wed. they text and said they will be here between 9am & 1pm, then the dispatcher call at 9:15 Friday and said I was the second delivery and they should be here within 1hr to 1hr and fifteen min, finally 4hrs later I called and they said it was 2 deliveries ahead of me! They got here after 2pm. Why call me and lie!!!!

Do not trust Rooms to Go at all!
Once you put down payment you will be stuck and can’t change or exchange for anything else like the sales people say. I have a record conversation of one of their corporate manager that they do not let you change nor exchange any of the combos in the ads and that he said the Rooms to Go sales people don’t know what they talking about. So I guess that mean they allow their sales people to continue deceive and lying to customer to signed the contract then we all are stuck!
Go to Ashley furniture is so much nicer furniture and their sales people do not lie nor deceive as a matter of fact I got 3 set of furniture from Ashley and only about $150 more compare to just one bedroom set that I almost bought from Rooms to Go :D
