Terrible service. Would never work with us. Charged us for things that weren't our doing. Didn't take off our work order after the A/C company came out and fixed it. So they sent another one a month later and charged us for that. Terrible Company.

With our first rental, they left a lot of stuff undone when we moved in. For example, we still have an uncovered electrical outlet and white marks all over the walls from wood putty not being painted over.
When the actual homeowner stopped by, she was concerned about whether various work items had been completed by Gerard, noting past difficulties with them completing tasks.
More recently with our second prospective rental, the manager Melissa decided to try and rush us into getting the lease signed once my wife selected the new place. She texted me with an irritating reminder and I texted her back that I'd sign the lease when I was ready to sign the lease. Which would have been later in the evening, if all was well.
She then decided to call me and argue my comment. Horrible idea from a customer service standpoint and from the standpoint of anyone who knows me personally.
She eventually had me so angry at her intractability that I told her to shove the house where the sun don't shine (though my actual verbiage was a bit more colorful, I'll admit).
If you have above normal standards, then don't expect to be impressed with Gerard.

Have I told you that you were amazing? If I hadn't I
apologize because you guys rock!!! Thank you soo much. We are truly pleased with the work done.
