Rosanna's Realty

Rosanna's Realty was supposed to take care of my property because I hired them as property managers but they have failed to do their job. Rosanna's Realty (Bill Sumner) was hired to provide management services for my property but he often neglected to repair things for the renters. They were often late sending rent money which put a burden on me.

I usually like to give companies a chance, but when someone not only implies that should I happen to get rid of a pet then they could rent me a place, but also imply that the pet that I own is dangerous, I think twice.

I own 2 ferrets, they are now considered elderly. Anyone who has owned a ferret and takes care of it properly knows that ferrets born in ferret farms in the US have little to no natural hunting instincts left in them. They are quiet and sleep literally 20 hours a day.

Whoever I spoke to at Rosanna's decided to tell me that he considers ferrets "exotic" pets and besides that they don't "do" more than one. And went on to tell me that IF I had only one that he could get me a place, but not with 2. Then went on again to tell me how ferrets are like minks and someone he knew had one (a mink) and it attacked a baby. Anyone who knows anything knows that minks are wild animals and are not pets. Of course a wild animal would attack anything, it's wild, it hasn't been raised for generations around people to be with people.



This company might be great to find housing with, but they really need to hire someone who is a lot more professional and personable to answer phones. A simple "no, sorry we can't allow more than one pet." would have sufficed instead of a story about something that has nothing to do with the situation. First impressions are a big deal and treating possible future customers in such an unprofessional way is very off-putting. I would not recommend or choose this company for my future needs.
