        Service downhill

        Don't know if it's because of the upcoming move or the change in pricing, but the service seems to have gone downhill.



        After 2 bad haircuts that required lots of fixing, I was surprised when the hairstylist asked me if I wanted change from my $20 for a $14 haircut.



        Tips are for the customer to decide. And after bad service, I was realize surprised she'd expect a 42% tip!

        Quality Quickly.....

        The Brodie Ln. location has been a favorite of mine for the last 10 years. I have never been diappointed, the stylists are always friendly and fast. My schedule is very busy, so a speed and quality are important. They have always delivered a very good haircut.
