My mom and sister frequently shopped at Whitley years ago and always had a great experience that apparently has been passed on to me. I’ve been furnishing my new home through Whitley the last year and a half and I can’t say enough especially about the friendly, experienced staff and unbeatable prices. Susan Blakeley is incredibly talented and patient (I change my mind often) - an absolute delight to work with! My latest addition is my new master bedroom furniture - Palisades by Hooker. Everyone is raving about it and I’m just thrilled. Thanks to all the staff at Whitley. My husband and I had been searching for the perfect dining room set for our new home, and after seeing many commercials for Whitley Galleries, we decided to try it out and we are so glad we did! Our sales associate that we worked with was very helpful and patient and helped us decide on a gorgeous dining set. If you are in the market for quality furniture, I suggest that you make this store your first stop! We are VERY pleased with our purchase! Thank you Whitley Galleries!

Do not read the negative reviews . Sounds like a scorned competitor to me. I have shopped there several times. I was greeted each and every time . They inquired what I was shopping for and then they steered me the right way. They were not overly bearing . I asked about the prices of an entire Paula Deen set and I was happy about the price. I am the type of person who thinks on my purchases of furniture. I came back a week later and the price was the same.



I have taken my mother in there to get her dining room set. She wanted a specific "natural" Eco look and Whitley Galleries beat the other store by at least a grand

Know your prices. I was quoted 5 different prices on the same set by two different sales people. The first price for a Kincaid bedrrom was around $3200. The price in the store was around $3900. When I produced a card from another store that was $3500 the salesperson, Chris Groeschen, came back after talking with her manager for 10 minutes with $3400. I called back after some major issues with Chris to see if the price had changed and Terry gave me a price almost identical to Chris' first price of $3200. When I asked Terry about it she admitted that she calculated it wrong and now the price was $3700. One person quoting $3200 over the phone is an honest mistake. Two people sounds like bait and switch. Also Chris told me that the supports that come with the bed I bought here were not enough and that she was throwing in a third support for free. She made a big deal about how other stores charge you for this. When it was delivered there was no extra support and then Chris claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. I would suggest taking a tape recorder to record all their lies. It has been one problem after another. I would rather have paid more for this bedroom set then have put up with all their crap.
