We needed service while in Zanesville, Ohio the week after the 4th of July. They had been on vacation the holiday week during the heat wave that covered the east coast and much of the midwest. They are air condition specialists, so they were backed up with calls from regular customers. We explained our problem with our 2008 Ford extended 15-passenger van, and even though they were pretty much overwhelmed, they agreed to take our vehicle in, but said they likely could not service it until late in the week. We towed it to them on Monday. They called Tuesday morning to tell us they ran the test on the alternator and battery, and determined it was the alternator. They had the part on hand, so they fixed our vehicle immediately...we were thrilled to say the least as we would have been without a vehicle. The Zanesville Chamber of Commerce recommended them. We are thrilled with their commitment to providing service with a smile. Their work was most reasonably priced, and our vehicle is running just fine.
